How Gratitude Helped Us See This Year Differently

The dictionary definition of gratitude is: thankful, to show appreciation, and/or to return kindness. Gratitude is defined in the Bible as the, "give(ing) thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of GOD in Christ Jesus for you” (NIV, Thes. 5:18).

The month of November always reminds us to remember our blessings, what we are thankful for, which is a lot during this world pandemic. We are most grateful for good health & safety for all our loved ones. Additionally, we are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate with those family or close friends. Even if it is in much smaller groups, which is not bad, just different.

This year, when I think of our interior design studio, my heart is full of gratitude. For having kind, patient, and wonderful clients. For the trades and artisans, providing the best service possible and therefore standing out among them all. For more work in our industry as a whole than anyone would have expected. It literally has been none stop. We might not be moving forward in our typical manner or process, and at times we are completing projects at a slower pace, but we are a team. A team that is working together to get it done for our clients.

I am eternally grateful for all the support we have had in construction, fabrication, and manufacturing. Never complaining or having any doubt in completing goals. It is with great gratitude and appreciation I am thankful.
