Sherwin Willam's Color of The Year 2022
Anytime the Color of The Year is my favorite color, as in glorious shades of green, the inspiration is effortless. Sherwin Williams Evergreen Fog #1930 is just that. This beautiful blend of green and gray is rooted in nature and a gift from Sherwin Williams that must be shared.
Evergreen Fog is seen everywhere in our world, and it inspires the arts, fashion, and interiors. Green hues always inspire my work, and I cannot wait to incorporate them into my projects this year. For it is quite simply effortless to view and enjoy.
For example, these grand old structures in the countryside of England demonstrate how beautiful Evergreen Fog layers with stronger colors such as sw#6109 Hopsack and sw#7047 Porpoise. It gives structure, depth, and a gentle moodiness to interiors and exteriors.
Here’s a sophisticated stone entrance with double doors that are perfect examples of how Evergreen Fog mixes elegantly with soft colors. Such as with sw#7042 Shoji White. It adds warmth to any space and feels like a color that fits right into preexisting architecture.
These are great examples of Evergreen Fog accented with copper and gold colors, such as sw#9105 Almond Roca.
Whether it’s a painted built-in library wall, an original painting of a peaceful moment in nature, or a lovely soft green from your favorite herb, this Evergreen Fog sw#9130 is subtle, healing, warm, and simply beautiful.
